Jyoti Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Pharmacist

to join our

ICU & Pharmacy team

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications, especially in critical care situations. If you have experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy and are passionate about patient care, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately as per ICU doctors' prescriptions. Review prescriptions for correctness, dosage, and potential interactions. Coordinate with ICU staff to ensure timely delivery of life-saving drugs. Counsel patients and/or caretakers on medication use when required. Maintain and monitor pharmacy inventory, including emergency and high-alert drugs. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and pharmacy regulations. Manage drug storage conditions, expiry dates, and documentation. Support in handling audits, licensing requirements, and regulatory checks.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm). Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate. 6 months to 2 years of experience in a hospital or ICU pharmacy setting. Sound knowledge of critical care drugs and emergency protocols. Good communication skills and a patient-first approach. Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced ICU environments.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with hospital pharmacy software. Experience in critical care or emergency medication handling. Team-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
