Job Title: Pharmacist - Customer Support
Location: Hyderabad
Qualifications:
B.Pharmacy or equivalent (Mandatory)
Minimum 1-year experience working in a pharmacy (Retail/Hospital/Clinical)
Valid license to practice in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh
Responsibilities:
Guide and educate callers on prescription benefits, formulary details, premiums, prescription status, and order/claim inquiries
Handle incoming calls and resolve issues related to eligibility and prescription status
Communicate with customers, physicians, and pharmacies regarding prescription orders and reorders
Document relevant customer information accurately in computer systems
Make outbound calls on prescription orders, payment issues, and follow-ups
Counsel customers on medication usage, side effects, and storage
Ensure compliance with pharmacy norms, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful demeanor during interactions
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription safety, and medication counselling
Familiarity with computer and pharmacy software applications
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?19,305.51 - ?35,000.00 per month
