Job Description

Requirement:

Pharmacist degree

Male candidates preferred

Experience of Min 2 year on call / chats

Decent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care

Must be self-motivator and self-starter

Meet personal/team qualitative and revenue targets

Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

Flexible to work in any shift ( including night shifts ) and 6 days working.

Working Conditions:

Contact centre environment

Comfortable to work in flexible shifts

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
