MrMed is looking for Pharmacists to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post\xe2\x80\x91order support over telephone/ chat channels. Location: T Nagar Chennai (onsite role only) Age Criteria: 20-29 years Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow\xe2\x80\x91up outbound calls - Reviewing and validating prescriptions to ensure they are accurate, complete, and safe for the patient to use - Confirm orders with customers via phone calls and chat channels and place orders online after verifying all the details \xc2\xb7 Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking \xc2\xb7 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases \xc2\xb7 Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management Desired Profile: \xc2\xb7 B Pharm/ D Pharm Graduate \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in computer and internet applications - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Temperament for handling customers with care - Candidate should be comfortable working from office (T Nagar) \xc2\xb7 Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9220,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9280,000.00 per year Benefits:
