Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Dr Bidari Ashwini hospital located in Bijapur. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medication by patients. You will analyze patients\' prescription, oversee medication preparation and dispensing, counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug use, and monitor drug therapies for effectiveness and side effects. Ensuring compliance and safety of medication use is a key responsibility in this role. Qualifications PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or equivalent Valid state pharmacist license and in good standing with the state licensing board Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication usage and dosage, and its application to patient care Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a healthcare team Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation Ability to use pharmacy computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and medication inventory software Prior experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is a plus Familiarity with drug compounding and aseptic technique is preferred
