Prepare and manage
bills, quotations, and purchase orders
Ensure correct
dispensing knowledge
and maintain high accuracy in all documentation
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and clients for medicine-related requirements
Keep updated with
industry trends
, new launches, and pricing updates
Maintain proper
accounts related to medicine transactions
Ensure compliance with
State Pharmacy Council regulations
Support management with daily reports and inventory summaries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience
in pharmacy, inventory management, or pharmaceutical operations
Strong knowledge of
branded & generic medicines
Updated awareness of
market trends and pricing
Experience in
billing, quotation preparation, and inventory accounting
Must have
registration with the State Pharmacy Council of Maharashtra
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Salary
?10,000 - 15,000 per month
