We are looking to hire 8 pharmacist according to available designation for Ahmedabad location. Educational Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy and MBA in Marketing/ International Business. Available Designation: Senior sales /Business Development Head/ Relation ship Manager Export Business development manager for African / Latam / Asian countries for Pharmaceutical industries only Experience Required: 3 year to 10 year (Vary as per designation) Salary Range: 30k to 85k (Vary as per designation) Skill Requirements(Vary as per designation): Should have a good communication skill and convenience power, knowledge of accounts/computer/MS Office & pharmaceutical industries/ good troubleshooter/ should have knowledge of Hindi and English/ Maintain relationship/Leadership/Teamwork Roles and responsibility (Vary as per designation):

• Business Development:
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients and researching and analyzing sales options. Visit potential customers for new business development.
• Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Pharma Distributors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals across India by visits, conducting activities, etc.
• Promoting specialized testing Market, and generate volumes from Pharma Distributors by promoting specialized products.
• Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan and work as per the sales strategy and achieve targets as given by the senior authority.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
• Work with marketing and operations team to maintain a customer-oriented service delivery with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
• Reporting & Documentation.
• Record sales and other information and report the same to the senior authority.
• Training Team & Self Development. Appoint New Distributors and follow up with Existing Distributors and Tell Them About Company Products/scheme/targets/outstanding. Maintain sales and growth, provide sales and services.
