Lucent Biotech Limited Hiring for Experience Asst. Manager in Maintenance Department Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in Roorkee Location KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xc3\x98 Responsible for operation, preventive Maintenance & breakdown handling of \xe2\x80\x9cPurified Water Generation and Distribution System\xe2\x80\x9d. \xc3\x98 Responsible for water system routine activities i.e. cleaning and sanitization of purified water generation system including RO membranes through CIP system, Cleaning & Sanitization of Purified water storage tank and Purified water distribution loop system on monthly basis. \xc3\x98 Challenge test of dumping valves related to conductivity, ORP, tank levels on monthly basis. \xc3\x98 Responsible for operation, preventive Maintenance & breakdown handling of \xe2\x80\x9cHVAC System\xe2\x80\x9d including AHUs, Ventilations, Global supply, Global exhaust, De-humidifiers. \xc3\x98 Involved in scheduled HVAC Qualification activity along with QA personnel. \xc3\x98 Responsible for schedule cleaning of Pre-filters, Bag filters and Fine filters of AHU for effective environment monitoring in respective area. \xc3\x98 Responsible for Duct Cleaning activity of all FBDs, Tray Dryers & Coating on Monthly basis. \xc3\x98 Responsible for handling all QMS Activities i.e. Change Control, Deviation, Investigation (RCA), CAPA & Incident for maintaining GMP & GDP within the department and timely closure of the same. \xc3\x98 Preparation & revision of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Operation & of Purified Water Generation System, HVAC, Utility and Preventive SOPs of Production Machines. \xc3\x98 Worked as Training Coordinator and Responsible for preparing Training Need identification (TNI), Annual Training Calendar & also implementation of the same to provide \xe2\x80\x98On Job Training\xe2\x80\x99 to all concerned and also \xe2\x80\x98Need Base Training\xe2\x80\x99 imparted to employees as per requirement. \xc3\x98 To supervise Technicians and casual workers in support of the Plant\'s Operation and Maintenance. \xc3\x98 Responsible for Monthly data collection for Preventive Maintenance, calibration, breakdown, utility consumption (i.e. Steam, Electricity, Water etc.) & preparing Presentation for Monthly Review meeting. \xc3\x98 Daily routine activity through SAP, i.e. stock checking & inventory control, PR/ PO approval status checking, service entry of service invoices, material inspection, Breakdown & General Maintenance handling. \xc3\x98 Prepare Purchase Requisition for maintaining critical inventory for machine Maintenance and Service Requisition through Single Window System. \xc3\x98 Preparation of Daily MIS report & submission to HOD for review. \xc3\x98 Preventive Maintenance Planner preparation & implementation of the same. Qualification: Diploma & B. tech Mechanical Engineering Experience: 4 to 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Salary \xe2\x80\x93 4 to 6 lac CTC Annual Lucent Biotech Ltd.
