Manufacturing Plant Head

, with strong technical, administrative, and compliance-related knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day plant operations Ensure smooth pharmaceutical manufacturing processes as per SOPs and quality standards Monitor production schedules, manpower, and material utilization Handle administrative responsibilities related to plant operations Maintain production records, reports, and documentation Oversee billing coordination and basic GST-related work Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal departments

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Plant Head / Plant Supervisor

Strong knowledge of

pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Good

administrative and supervisory skills

Basic knowledge of

billing and GST

Ability to manage teams and meet production targets Good communication and problem-solving skills Languages (Required):

English, Hindi, Tamil

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing units Familiarity with GMP and quality compliance standards Leadership mindset with attention to detail
