Marketing Associate
1. Marketing Strategies and Planning:
a. Work with the head of marketing and the deputy head of marketing to execute marketing strategies. Devise and implement innovative, effective campaigns to maximise income and achieve audience targets for a range of events across various locations.
b. Coordination with the sales team and communication team for analysing output of the marketing strategies and to devise digital marketing plans to increase the sales.
c. Market Research: Evaluate marketing trends and Ideate and execute Digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and relevance.
i. Market research targeted to identify the general current trends within the biopharmaceutical domain.
ii. Keep up with the news and updates with the key players within the domain.
iii. Track consumer behaviour and strategize marketing plans to increase brand relevance and awareness and boost conversions
iv. Create reports and share with the Marketing lead.
d. ON EVENT: Devising Strategies for attendee and sponsor engagement and to boost networking throughout the event.
2. Digital marketing:
a. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on digital platforms and creating reports for the same to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
b. Content creation (Creating illustrations, writing material, carrying out polls, creating an interactive experience for the followers and supporters on line) based on trending topics within the relevant domains and coordination with the communications team for the execution.
c. ON EVENT: Coordination with the Communications team for live updates on social media and employing strategies for community engagement.
3. Corporate Relations Management (CRM):
a. Devise strategies for Corporate relationship maintenance in consultation with the marketing lead and deputy lead for both in person and virtual scenarios.
b. Corporate Gifting Ideation and execution.
4. Database creation
a. Creating a database of potential clients, partners, collaborators, sponsors and investors via market research.
b. Maintenance and regular update of the database via the lead and deputy lead of the team.
c. Analysis and Reporting of the hot leads and strategy advice to the Marketing lead.
5. PR & Media Relations
a. Develop and distribute press releases and media kits.
b. Engage with industry media outlets and journalists for event coverage.
c. Coordinate pre-event and live event media interactions (interviews, press conferences).
d. Manage influencer collaborations and speaker promotions.
e. Document the outcome of the media partnership post event with the Dty head and advise on future associations.
6. Coordinating with the IT team for website related marketing campaigns and throughout the on-event marketing for sponsors and partners.
7. Coordinating with the logistics team whenever required on event to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
