: Pharma Documentation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharma Documentation Specialist with expertise in pharmaceutical water treatment systems, including RO EDI, HSRO EDI, DM systems, and distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining pharmaceutical documentation such as DQ, IQ, and OQ, along with a solid background in WTP, ETP, and STP systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Pharma and documentation, particularly in the pharmaceutical or water treatment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Preparation: Create and manage Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Operational Qualification (OQ) documents for pharmaceutical projects.

Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.

Defect Identification: Identify and report any non-conformances or defects, ensuring timely corrective actions

Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results and quality reports.

Required Skills: Should have knowledge of preparing DQ,IQ and OQ

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in systems such as HSRO, RO EDI, DM, WFI , Hipurity and pharm systems,
Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical documentation standards and requirements.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
