Roles & Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver engaging and informative lectures on pharmaceutical topics, ensuring effective communication of complex concepts. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research. \xef\x82\xb7 Integrate new knowledge and research findings into the curriculum to provide relevant and up-to-date education. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide academic guidance, career advice, and mentoring students. \xef\x82\xb7 Encourage student engagement and foster a supportive learning environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Reflect on teaching methods and student feedback to continuously improve the quality of education. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyse the overall performance of the programmes and make improvements. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 A bachelor or master\'s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm. or M.Pharm), pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, or a related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong subject matter expertise in pharmaceutical principles and related topics. \xef\x82\xb7 Effective communication and presentation skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Passion for teaching and a commitment towards student success. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of educational technologies and tools for online and blended learning. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to engage students in both classroom and laboratory settings. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \xef\x82\xb7 Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
