Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Pharma PCD division. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to potential franchise partners, distributors, and clients across India via telephone calls, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective PCD franchise partners and distributors.
Explain company products, offerings, and business models clearly and convincingly.
Handle inquiries from clients regarding product lists, price lists, promotional materials, and franchise opportunities.
Generate leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a database of potential clients.
Convert inquiries into confirmed PCD franchise deals.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Send quotations, promotional material, and product catalogs via email or WhatsApp.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
Meet weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Collect feedback from clients and suggest improvements to management.
