Key Tasks: Sales target achievement, scientific detailing, customer activation, CMEs.
3. Therapy Manager (TM)
Experience: 35 Years | Age: <30 | Education: Graduation
Role: Team leadership within a territory.
Key Tasks: Team coaching, coverage discipline, distributor coordination.
4. Area Business Manager (ABM)
Experience: 510 Years | Age: xe2x89xa435 | Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate
Role: Oversees an area or cluster.
Key Tasks: Team management, KPI reviews, strategy execution, KOL engagement.
5. Regional Business Manager (RBM)
