Position Overview



The Sales Manager (Pharma Retail) will oversee sales operations across retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring revenue growth, compliance with healthcare regulations, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies

for pharmacy retail channels to achieve revenue and market share targets

Lead and manage the sales team

, providing training on pharma products, ethical selling, and compliance

Build strong relationships with pharmacists, distributors, and healthcare providers

to drive product placement and visibility

Ensure compliance with drug regulations and retail pharmacy standards

Analyze sales data and prepare reports
