1. Have to be a professional individual by building successful track record in consultative sales.
2. Pharma sales background preferred
3. Keep prospective client database updated as well as maintain good relation with the existing clients.
4. Should have ability to consistently meet and exceed sales target.
5. Ability to interact with pharma professionals at all levels of an organization and established business relationships within the territory.
6. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
7. Should Follow company guidelines and procedures.

8. Cold callings and lead generation.

Competencies and Skills Required


1.

Good in English

i.e., Excellent in written and verbal.

Uk accent preffered.


2. Must possess strong tele sales experience.
3. Excellent communication skills that build relationships.
4. Must have good negotiation skills.
5. Must be able to create good presentations.
6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
