. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, driving sales growth, building relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and generating consistent revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and onboard new clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Promote the company's pharma products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-up to ensure repeat orders and brand recall.
2. Market Expansion
Develop new geographical territories and increase the reach of Maxnova Healthcare.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and appointment-based meetings.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure high service levels.
4. Product Promotion & Branding
Conduct product detailing to doctors and chemists.
Participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness campaigns.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily call reports (DCR).
Track sales data and update CRM/management as required.
Provide market feedback on competitors and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline;
1-5 years of experience in
pharma sales / healthcare business development
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
