Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Provide accurate and clear communication to existing and prospective customers regarding products and their applications in surgical procedures.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
Actively collect and report field-level data to support business intelligence and strategy.
Drive market creation initiatives in collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Leads.
Ensure effective inventory and distribution management within the assigned territory.
Attend surgical procedures (as required) to support clinicians with product usage and positioning.
Regularly update product knowledge and clinical applications through training and self-learning.
Education & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate in
Pharmacy
, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
Additional certifications in medical devices or clinical research are a plus.
Experience Required:
2-3 years
of experience post-graduation.
Prior experience in
pharma sales, medical devices, healthcare
, or
surgical marketing
is preferred.
