We are hiring an experienced Pharma Recruitment Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment and drive business development (BD) in global markets including Middle East, Africa, and North America. The role involves client acquisition, account management, lead generation, recruitment delivery, team coordination, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery

  • Handle full cycle pharma hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build strong talent pipelines for regional and multi-region roles
  • Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures
  • Maintain recruitment performance, TAT, and quality standards
Business Development (BD)
  • Generate B2B client leads and convert them into hiring accounts
  • Connect with MDs, Directors, HR Heads & decision makers
  • Manage client relationships, negotiations, contracts, and service agreements
  • Drive new market expansion and repeat business
Market Focus
  • Middle East (GCC + Levant)
  • Africa (Hiring activity + pharma expansions + contract wins)
  • North America (US & Canada client acquisition + recruitment delivery)
Reporting & CRM
  • Track BD and recruitment pipeline in CRM (Excel / ATS / Salesforce / HubSpot preferred)
  • Share weekly intelligence with BD and delivery teams
Required Skills
  • Pharma recruitment + B2B sales/BD background
  • Strong knowledge of insurance, compliance, and hiring norms in global markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Lead generation and cold outreach capability
  • Target-driven, delivery-focused, and business-minded
