We are looking for a Technical Manager to handle coordination between our office and the manufacturing plant for finished pharmaceutical products. The person will take care of product documents, samples, packaging, and quality-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Product and Quality planning with administrators.
Coordinate with plant for product requirements, documents, and samples. Review, prepare, and approve product technical documents, artworks, legal documents. Review and approve samples, packaging; arrange third-party testing when needed. Manage stability samples - charging, sending for testing. Conduct GMP audits of the plant when required. Approve packaging materials for commercial and sample products. Communicate commercial product and packaging requirements with the plant. Visit plant when batches are ready - inspect and get finished product third party tested, and approve dispatch after passing results. Handle stability testing for commercial retain samples.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical formulation company. Good knowledge of GMP, packaging, and stability studies (Tablets, Capsules, Injections, Powders, Syrups, etc) Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to travel to the plant when required including some national and international visits.
