We are looking for a skilled

Purchase Executive

with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and prior experience in procuring finished goods.

B.Pharm qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase pharmaceutical finished goods and negotiate the best rates. Coordinate closely with Production, Marketing, and Business Development teams. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; maintain contracts and vendor documentation. Process purchase orders, handle invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments. Maintain purchase trackers, resolve vendor queries, and handle urgent material requirements. Ensure compliance with procurement standards and company policies.

Requirements

B.Pharm is mandatory.

1-4 years of experience in pharma purchase or pharma trading. Strong knowledge of pharma products and market trends. Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks. Must be willing to work on-site in Panchkula.
