Job Description

Plan, schedule, and supervise

project activities

across various pharmaceutical functions (formulation, packaging, utilities, etc.)

Monitor

progress against timelines

, resource availability, and budget

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including

production, QA/QC, engineering, procurement, and regulatory

Supervise

vendor activities

, including installation and qualification of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)

Ensure adherence to

GMP, safety protocols, and EHS norms

Maintain project documentation including

project charters, timelines, SOPs, reports, and logs

Liaise with external stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, and auditors

Prepare and present

weekly progress reports

to management

Identify project risks and recommend preventive and corrective actions

Assist in

facility layout planning

and process flow mapping

Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks during construction or renovation work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
