JOB PROFILE

To handle & Prepare AutoCAD & Solid Works Drawings for machineries. Should be able to prepare Mechanical Drawings like GA drawings, P&ID, PFD, Site Layouts, Isometric Drawings (Equipment & Piping), As Build GA Drawings BOQ generation from using Solid Works o Site visits may be required to collect layout information and piping information Candidate should be prepared to travel within India and abroad Should contribute to activities of project team like support in documentation work and any other support required Should contribute to other activities like stock management, packing etc

Process development & design of Sterile Vessels

Good Knowledge of CIP / SIP System processes & design Awareness of design criteria for sterile liquid transfer & filtration processes
Process Vessels - Non-Sterile

Process development & design of Liquid Oral Plant / Ointment - Gel - Paste - Lotion - Cream manufacturing Plants Good Knowledge of CIP System
Water System

Good Knowledge of pharmaceutical & Biotech PW Generation System (RO & EDI) Well versed with Pressure Sand Filter, MGF, ACF, Softener design calculations Designing of Ultra Filtration System Designing of Ozonation System Well versed with WFI Generation & Pure Steam Generation System Well versed with PW / WFI Storage & Distribution System ? Well versed with Pure Steam Distribution System
General Responsibilities

Should be able to review User's Required Specifications (URS) / Tenders Process design during proposal / quotation stage Project cost estimation Should be able to make Techno-Commercial offers / Proposals Must understand P&ID and GA drawings and assist Draughtsman / Design Engineer for the preparation of P&IDs / GA Drawings and Plant Layouts Should be well versed with electrical control panel design (Manual / Automatic - PLC &
HMI / IPC & SCADA) & understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

Client liaising & coordination on site Should be able to communicate and co-ordinate with vendors Should work on standardization of Offers and costing sheets To prepare project documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ To assist in preparation of drawings for initial submission during project execution stage To communicate with Sterinox project team for effective project execution Candidate should be prepared to travel within India and abroad

JOB PROFILE

Should have experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Food & Beverage Industry

To carry Erection, Installation & Commissioning activities of machineries at domestic as well as international sites. This includes hands on work To perform onsite validation of the equipments like Installation Qualification / Operation Qualification / Performance Qualification / Site Acceptance Test and any other activity required for successful handover of project Documentation preparation during project execution in factory and during onsite work To provide machine & equipments training to the client for successful handover To ensure final handover of the project to the client To do the fitting, assembly & erection at factory Electrical wiring and automation work at factory & at site Liaising & coordination with Vendor To check equipment control panels and automation To coordinate with Panel builder / programmer to get required automation done as per interlocks and alarms Any other activity required on site to ensure successful installation & commissioning and final handover of the project on site AMC visits and onsite service support To ensure that ongoing manufacturing is in line with the approved drawings & documents and Technical Specifications and as per Sterinox Standards To conduct Internal & External FAT Candidate should be prepared to travel within India and to other countries
