ZyvaMed Healthcare Pvt Limited, a leading PCD Pharma franchise company based in Mohali, is urgently hiring a Telecaller Executive. If you have a passion for customer interaction, lead generation, and growing your career in the pharmaceutical industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential and existing clients. Handle inquiries and share product details. Generate leads and turn them into loyal clients. Build strong relationships with clients and distributors. Help onboard new PCD Pharma distributors across India. Resolve customer issues with timely follow-ups. Share client feedback and market trends with the team.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the PCD Pharma or Pharma Manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence and a persuasive attitude to convert leads into sales. Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
