4. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
5. Provide accurate product information, answer questions, and deliver product samples to healthcare professionals.
6. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
7. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to management.
8. Participate in training programs, attend meetings, and stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and medical advancements.
9. Market and promote third-party manufacturing services to other pharmaceutical companies.
10. Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients interested in third-party manufacturing.
11. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives related to third-party services.
12. Assess clients' needs for manufacturing and present suitable third-party services.
13. Work with internal teams and departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
14. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the third-party manufacturing sector.
15. Assist in the formulation of pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
