Cosmetics & Personal Care
OTC products
Oils, Ointments, Syrups, Tablets, Capsules, etc.
Generate and follow up on
business leads
through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, portals, and exhibitions
Communicate with
pharma companies, distributors, startups, and brand owners
Explain product ranges, certifications, MOQs, pricing, timelines, and manufacturing capabilities
Prepare and send
quotations, proposals, and product lists
Coordinate with
production, regulatory, and dispatch teams
for order execution
Maintain
CRM records
, client databases, and daily follow-ups
Assist in
marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand visibility activities
Stay updated with
market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Professional email & WhatsApp communication skills
Basic knowledge of
pharma manufacturing & regulations
(preferred)
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Confident, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
