Job Summary



Responsible for promoting and selling

pharmaceutical machinery & equipment

(e.g., Tablet Press, Capsule Filling, Packaging, WTP, Process Equipment) to pharma manufacturing companies. The role includes generating new business, maintaining customer relations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in pharma companies (domestic & international). Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharma manufacturers, R&D centers, and distributors. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and pricing trends. Prepare and deliver

technical sales presentations & product demonstrations

. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales to meet assigned targets. Coordinate with the technical and service team for machine installation & after-sales support. Represent the company at

exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

. Maintain regular reporting of sales pipeline, customer visits, and market feedback. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (preferred). Ability to travel extensively for client visits and exhibitions. 2-8 years' experience

in sales of pharma machinery / packaging machinery / process Technical understanding of machinery & applications. Relationship building & customer-centric approach. Target-oriented & self-motivated. Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle client objections.
