Job Title: Pharma & Life Sciences Recruiter
Location: Onsite Begumpet, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pharma & Life Sciences Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences domains. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to ensuring successful candidate onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma, Biotech, CRO, and Life Sciences positions.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.
Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, references, and networking.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, domain, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively build a network of qualified professionals.
Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, job market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field.
2 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within pharma, life sciences, or healthcare staffing.
Strong knowledge of roles such as Clinical Research Associates (CRA), Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, QC/QA, R&D, and Formulation Development.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Must be:
Experience recruiting for US/Global Pharma or Biotech clients is an added advantage.
Prior experience working with pharma consulting or staffing agencies.
