We are looking for a proactive

Retention Executive/Manager (Female)

with 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The role focuses on employee engagement, reducing attrition, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities



Implement retention and engagement initiatives. Conduct stay interviews, employee check-ins, and handle grievances. Monitor early attrition and support timely interventions. Organize engagement activities and drive culture-building programs. Maintain retention dashboards, reports, and employee data. Collaborate with managers to understand concerns and improve employee experience.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Psychology. 3-4 years' experience in retention, engagement, or HR operations. Mandatory experience in the

pharma industry

. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.

Pay: ?35,997.74 - ?48,204.06 per month
