Key Responsibilities
Implement retention and engagement initiatives.
Conduct stay interviews, employee check-ins, and handle grievances.
Monitor early attrition and support timely interventions.
Organize engagement activities and drive culture-building programs.
Maintain retention dashboards, reports, and employee data.
Collaborate with managers to understand concerns and improve employee experience.
Handle Payroll, Administration, onboarding, offboarding, Exit Formality, Expenses Check and Approve from Manager, Recruitment etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Psychology.
3-5 years' experience in retention, engagement, or HR operations.
Mandatory experience in the
pharma industry
.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.
