Pharma is seeking an experienced Pharma Faculty (Trainer) to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical education and training for state government healthcare initiatives. The candidate will design and implement effective training programs, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires strong communication, subject expertise, and hands-on experience in pharmacy practice. The trainer will contribute to skill development and capacity building in hospitals and pharmaceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff on pharmaceutical practices regularly. Develop curriculum and training materials for hospital and pharmacy personnel. Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement. Ensure adherence to government healthcare policies during all training activities. Collaborate with management to align training with organizational objectives. Maintain records of training sessions and participant performance accurately. Stay updated with latest pharmaceutical practices and innovations continuously. Support staff in implementing best pharmacy practices within hospital settings.

Skill & Experience

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare industry standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse healthcare audiences. Ability to design engaging and practical training programs effectively. Strong mentoring skills to guide and develop trainee capabilities. Familiarity with state government healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in using digital tools for training and documentation.

Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
