Pharma External Preparation Chemist (FDA Approved) Production HEAD

Overview

Experienced FDA approved manufacturing chemist for

external preparation (PHARMA)

who can handle external preparations like

1.Ointments : Calcipotriol ,tacrolimus ,mupirocin,Clobetasol.

2.Creams : Bifoconazole, Ivermectin, Eflornithine, Ciclopirox Olamine, Azealic Acid.

3.Gels : Itraconazole, Nadifloxacin, Adapalene,Clobetasol & Ammonium Lactate.

4. Lotions : Tacrolimus, Methoxsalen, Amorolfine, Fusidic acid, Trioxsalen.

5. Solutions : Minoxidil, Finasteride, Procapil

6. Soaps : Permetherin, Clindamycin, Coal tar,Luliconazole, Clotrimazole

7. Dusting Powders: Ketoconazole, Fluconazole , Sertaconazole.

8. Face Wash : Glycolic acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, Coal tar, Salicylic acid foaming

9. Sunscreen : Micronized , Matte Finish, SPF 40/50

10. Shampoos : Selenium Sulfide, Climabazole & Piroctono Olamine, Flucinolone acetonide.

Skills and Qualifications Required

BSc/B. Pharma (FDA Approved) Should have worked as a Manufacturing Chemist for 5+ years Previous work experience in Pharma External Preparations mandatory Should be proficient in Marg Software for Daily Production planning

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure receipt of production plan in advance Maintain all workings as per WHO GMP norms Ensure / maintain output of the products as per standard norms Ensure proper cleaning & labeling of equipment's / machines / tanks Ensure line clearance to be taken from QA as per SOP Ensure proper receiving / storage of the RM / PM as per BOM Calibration of weighing balance before starting the manufacturing / packing Ensure Manufacturing / Packing as per SOP / BMR Manufacturing / packing of products as per Critical control points as displayed in the department Timely submission of completed documents to respective authorities Maintain overall discipline in the production area Utilize manpower on the shop floor Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time Generate bills of raw / packing material from the system Signing of BMR / BPR as per daily planning, material arrangement for manufacturing Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities .

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
