We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Data Analyst

to join our commercial operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex sales and market data into actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize sales strategies within the pharmaceutical industry. You will use your expertise to analyze sales performance, conduct customer segmentation, and support data-driven decision-making across our sales and marketing teams

Data Collection & Management:

Collect, clean, and manage large-scale pharmaceutical sales data from various sources, claims data, and internal databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Reporting & Visualization:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Manage and process secondary sales data (stock transfer and sales out data) received from distributors and C&F agents across various regions.

Perform rigorous reconciliation and verification of distributor stock and sales statements to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate sales reporting and incentive processing.

Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to streamline the data collection process from channel partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
