Pharma Billing Executive
to handle day-to-day billing operations in a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
pharma billing
and a good understanding of pharmaceutical products, pricing, and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices, sales bills, and credit/debit notes for pharmaceutical products.
Verify prescriptions, product details, batch numbers, and expiry dates before billing.
Ensure accurate GST and tax calculations as per billing norms.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing and payment updates.
Maintain proper records of billed invoices, payments, and pending collections.
Handle billing software (e.g., Marg, Tally, or similar ERP systems).
Manage digital and manual billing entries for both retail and wholesale pharma clients.
Support in daily reconciliation and reporting to management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company billing standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Pharmacy, or related field.
6 months - 1 year of experience in
pharma billing or pharmaceutical operations.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their categories.
Familiarity with billing software (Marg / Tally / ERP systems).
Good understanding of GST, HSN codes, and pharma billing norms.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hospital or distributor billing.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Purchase Executive
with experience in pharmaceutical procurement. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of pharma products, vendors, purchase processes, and documentation. This role involves ensuring timely procurement of quality products at the best prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day
purchase operations
for pharmaceutical products.
Identify and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for product availability, pricing, and lead time.
Compare quotations and negotiate for best pricing and terms.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up for timely deliveries.
Maintain and update purchase records, vendor lists, and product pricing.
Coordinate with the inventory, accounts, and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
Verify product details such as batch, expiry, and MRP against invoices and GRNs.
Ensure all procurement complies with company policies and regulatory norms.
Monitor slow-moving or non-moving inventory and assist in planning reorders.
Generate and share regular purchase and stock reports with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in
Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field.
6 months - 1 year of experience in
pharma purchase or procurement.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, vendors, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and ERP/Purchase software (e.g., Tally, Marg).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple purchase requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling
distributors or hospital procurement.
Basic understanding of
GST, tax invoices, and product documentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
