Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall pharmacy operations
Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications
Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Oversee procurement, inventory control, and stock forecasting
Prevent drug expiries, shortages, pilferage, and wastage
Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff performance
Develop and implement pharmacy SOPs and policies
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including narcotics and high-risk drugs
Monitor medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and pharmacovigilance activities.
