Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Executive - Tele Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive (Tele Sales) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products through telephonic communication. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products via telephone to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors Generate new leads and follow up on existing customers Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing clearly and accurately Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or tele sales (preferred) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic knowledge of Marg software and MS Office Understanding of pharmaceutical products and ethics Experience: 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or tele sales Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Key Competencies: Target-oriented and self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills Customer-focused approach Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Training and career growth opportunities Employee benefits as per company policy
