Job Title:

PGT English (Post Graduate Teacher - English)

:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic PGT English teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12. The candidate should have a deep understanding of English literature and language, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations while fostering analytical and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Core as per the Class 11 & 12 curriculum (CBSE/State Board). Prepare lesson plans, academic resources, and assessment tools. Guide students in literary analysis, composition, and communication skills. Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback, and maintain academic records. Support students in developing critical thinking and interpretation skills. Mentor students for board exam preparation and competitions. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred. Strong command over English grammar, literature, and pedagogy. Effective communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills. Freshers with good command over the language may also apply
