We are seeking a qualified and passionate

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - English

to join our senior school faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to students of grades 11 and 12 (CBSE), fostering a love for literature, language, and effective communication.

Deliver engaging and structured lessons in English Literature and Language in alignment with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE) Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluations in accordance with curriculum requirements. Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records of students. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic events (debates, essay writing, elocutions, etc.). Encourage critical thinking, reading, and effective writing and speaking skills. Support and participate in school activities such as assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops. Collaborate with peers and school leadership to plan and implement school-wide academic initiatives. Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment in the classroom. Continuously engage in professional development and stay updated on modern teaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Postgraduate degree (MA/M.A.) in English from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching English at the senior secondary level (Grades 11-12). Experience with CBSE curriculum preferred. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Strong knowledge of literary works, grammar, and effective pedagogy.

Skills Required:

Strong command over English language and literature. Technologically adept with experience using digital tools in teaching. Ability to connect with students and inspire a passion for English. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
