Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per CBSE/School curriculum
Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills among students
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning
Eligibility Criteria
For PGT English:
Master's Degree in English (M.A. English)
B.Ed. is mandatory
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred
For D.El.Ed Level English Teacher:
D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed.
Graduate with English as a major subject
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Desired Skills
Excellent command over English language
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Creative teaching methods and student-centric approach
Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools (preferred)
