Required Skills & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree
in the relevant subject (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com, etc.)
B.Ed.
(mandatory as per norms)
Strong
subject knowledge and communication skills
Familiarity with
CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum
Ability to mentor and motivate senior secondary students
Proficiency in
ICT and smart classroom tools
Experience
Minimum
2-5 years of teaching experience
as a PGT
