Key Responsibilities

Teach assigned subject(s) to Classes XI and XII as per the prescribed syllabus Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams Prepare students for board and competitive examinations Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports Participate in curriculum planning and academic meetings Support co-curricular and school activities Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Subject-Specific Focus

English:

Language skills, literature analysis, writing, and communication

Mathematics:

Conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and application skills

Chemistry:

Theory, practical experiments, lab safety, and numerical skills

Political Science:

Political theory, Indian Constitution, and current affairs

History:

Historical analysis, timelines, and source-based learning

Required Qualifications

Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/M.Com) in the relevant subject B.Ed degree (mandatory) Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude

Preferred Experience & Skills

Teaching experience at senior secondary level Familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / State Board syllabus Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to integrate technology in teaching
