Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate educators for the positions of

PGT Sociology

,

PGT Legal Studies

, and

PGT Entrepreneurship

who can inspire students through innovative teaching methods, subject expertise, and commitment to academic excellence for senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12, as per CBSE curriculum).

Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in the respective subject. Develop and implement curriculum plans in alignment with CBSE guidelines. Prepare students for internal and board examinations. Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects. Foster critical thinking, inquiry, and analytical skills in students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. Use modern teaching aids and ICT tools to enhance the learning experience. Encourage student participation and maintain a student-centric approach.

Administrative & Co-Scholastic Duties:

Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance. Participate in staff meetings, school events, and parent-teacher interactions. Coordinate with other subject teachers for interdisciplinary projects and activities. Assist in organizing subject-related competitions, workshops, and field trips.

Subject-specific Additions:

Sociology:

Encourage sociological thinking, discussions on social issues, and promote awareness of diversity, culture, and community welfare.

Legal Studies:

Educate students on Indian Constitution, legal awareness, civil and criminal law concepts, and current legal affairs.

Entrepreneurship:

Promote entrepreneurial mindset, help students develop business plans, and conduct simulations of real-world business scenarios.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Master's Degree in Sociology / Law / Business Studies or relevant subject + B.Ed. (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred) Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
