Key Responsibilities:
Teach
Psychology
to students in
Grades 11 and 12
, following the
CBSE curriculum
, with engaging and conceptually rich lessons.
Design and deliver lesson plans that encourage inquiry, reflection, and application of psychological principles to real-life contexts.
Assess student learning through a range of formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance understanding and performance.
Conduct
individual and group counselling sessions
for students to support emotional well-being, stress management, interpersonal relationships, and academic motivation.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all counselling interactions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to identify and address students' social-emotional needs and promote a positive school climate.
Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and life skills programs related to mental health and emotional resilience.
Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the school's holistic education initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:Education:
Master's degree (Postgraduate) in
Psychology
(Applied, Clinical, or Counselling Psychology preferred).

Experience:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
teaching Psychology at the
senior secondary (Grades 11-12)
