Core Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery

: Teach Psychology as per CBSE Board syllabus, developing engaging lesson plans, presentations, and materials.

Practical & Experiential Learning

: Conduct experiments, surveys, case studies, and guide students on practical files, lab work, and research projects.

Assessment & Feedback

: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, exams, and provide constructive feedback.

Student Guidance

: Offer academic counseling, support, and prepare students for board exams, competitions, and university entrance tests.

Student Well-being

: Lead wellness programs, life skills sessions (stress management, emotional health), and foster positive attitudes.

Classroom Engagement

: Use technology, real-life examples, and inquiry-based methods to create a dynamic learning environment.

Collaboration

: Work with colleagues, parents, and pastoral care teams to support holistic student development.

Professional Development

: Stay updated with current psychology research, educational trends, and new teaching methodologies.
