to join our Senior Secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring students to understand political systems, governance, and civic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Political Science

to students of Classes XI and XII as per the

CBSE curriculum

. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that encourage analytical and critical thinking. Prepare students for board examinations through conceptual clarity and practice sessions. Incorporate current affairs and contemporary political developments into classroom discussions. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development sessions. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Master's Degree (M.A.) in Political Science with B.Ed. (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years of teaching experience

at the senior secondary level (preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school). Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills. Updated knowledge of political theories, constitutions, and current national/international issues. Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online classroom platforms.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and as per school norms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
