Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to teach students of Classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should be skilled in explaining complex scientific concepts, conducting practical sessions, and preparing students for both board and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction to students of Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum. Prepare and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet students' diverse learning needs. Conduct Physics practicals and lab experiments in line with CBSE standards and safety protocols. Monitor and evaluate student progress, assign homework, and conduct assessments, tests, and assignments regularly. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and offer academic support for competitive exams such as JEE/NEET. Integrate digital tools and technology (smart boards, simulations, etc.) into the teaching-learning process. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom and laboratory. Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and achievements. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory, in line with CBSE norms. Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school. Prior experience in coaching students for competitive exams (like JEE) will be an added advantage.
