Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics Teacher
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and concept-driven lessons that promote critical thinking.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
Conduct lab sessions, practical demonstrations, and ensure safe handling of laboratory equipment.
Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide individual guidance and support to students to enhance their academic performance.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Collaborate with other faculty members to plan academic activities and improve teaching methodologies.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, workshops, and staff development programs.
Ensure a positive, disciplined, and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with B.Ed is mandatory.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge, communication skills, and classroom management abilities.
Experience with CBSE curriculum is highly preferred.
Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.
Proficient in using digital tools, smart boards, and technology-driven teaching.
