Key Responsibilities
Instruction:
Deliver comprehensive lectures on Physics topics including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and optics.
Practical Learning:
Organize and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring all safety protocols are followed while helping students apply theoretical knowledge.
Curriculum Planning:
Develop lesson plans that align with board standards (CBSE/State Board) and integrate modern teaching aids and technology.
Mentorship:
Prepare students for competitive exams and internal assessments through rigorous practice and doubt-clearing sessions.
Evaluation:
Grade assignments, conduct periodic tests, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Post-Graduate (M.Sc.) in Physics with a
B.Ed.
degree.
Experience:
Proven experience teaching Physics at the high school level is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Ability to use digital classrooms, simulations, and lab equipment effectively.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain difficult concepts clearly.
