Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional strategies for effective learning.
Conduct practical sessions in the Physics laboratory, ensuring safety protocols.
Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and conduct periodic assessments.
Evaluate students' performance and maintain academic records regularly.
Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and school-level competitions.
B. Classroom Management
Maintain discipline, a positive learning environment, and healthy student-teacher relationships.
Use innovative teaching methodologies (ICT tools, demonstrations, experiments).
Identify learning gaps and support students through remedial classes.
C. Administrative & School Duties
Maintain lab equipment, stock register, and ensure timely requisition for materials.
Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning.
Assist the examination department in invigilation and paper correction.
Handle responsibilities assigned by the HOD/Principal from time to time.

Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics
from a recognized university.
B.Ed.
is mandatory.
Strong subject knowledge of CBSE Physics syllabus for Grades 11 & 12.
Good communication skills and ability to use technology effectively.
