Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Physics Teacher

to join our CBSE school in Ballari. The ideal candidate should have

minimum 4 years of teaching experience

in CBSE curriculum, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for guiding students through conceptual and practical learning.

B.Ed is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Physics

to Classes 8-10 / 11-12 (as per school requirement) following CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities. Conduct practical classes and ensure proper usage of lab equipment. Develop innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement and understanding. Evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, and assignments. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Provide academic support, doubt clarification sessions, and mentorship to students. Participate in school events, meetings, and academic improvement programs. Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation. Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum planning and development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree + B.Ed (Compulsory)

Minimum

4 years of teaching experience

in a CBSE school. Strong subject knowledge of Physics and its practical applications. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate students and create an interactive learning environment. Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology (preferred).
